Gerry spent most of his early career in the oil business working in both geological and engineering positions for Amoco in Canada. In 1989 Gerry became responsible for Eastern Hemisphere Operations and he and his wife relocated to Holland and traveled extensively throughout the other side of the world. All together, Gerry worked in and traveled to more than 35 foreign countries. Gerry's last position was President of PT Halliburton in Indonesia. Gerry and his wife settled near Bigfork in 1994. Gerry became involved with real estate throughout the Flathead Valley in 1995 and enjoys the cross section of clients that come to the valley from around the world.

Steve grew up on the East Shore of Flathead Lake. His first real estate experience began in the mid 80's as a developer in the Flathead Valley, along with his father, Mike Felt. He has witnessed the changes and cycles of real estate in NW Montana, with 10 years experience as development manager and executive vp for Eagle Bend Company and Landfall Property Company, again along with his father, Mike Felt, prior to Steve moving to Hawaii for a while. Steve is a licensed boat captain and was responsible for the design, approval and construction of Eagle Bend Yacht Harbor.
